HONDURAS - BOMBA DE FRUTA - NATURAL

This one is a concept coffee from the Caballeros family, our second year buying from their farm in Marcala, Honduras- 'Bomba de Fruta' translating to fruit bomb, which we love.

This natural process + sun dried cataui is jammy and funky with classic red berry notes. Very full bodied with a long finish. 

Year on year the Caballeros win more praise for their sustainability practices and commitment to soil improvements on their farms. This is evident when they talk of creating a culture at their farms of learning and growth- so staff can develop with them and better their skills and knowledge too. This was one of the many factors that drew us to buying from them again this year.
