Notes
Our second year buying coffee from the Salaverria family, in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador. The family offer competitive salaries for pickers, emphasise importance of worker well-being and safety, healthcare benefits as well as housing near to the farm.
This natural Red Tabi variety is from La Independencia block- a plot within the greater San Fransisco farm. The block is located in a privileged area for coffee production, it sits at 1580 masl, at the steps of the Santa Ana volcano, the soil here being rich in minerals.
