From the Guji region of Ethiopia, where coffee farming has ancient ties with it’s culture. Buku Abel is a washing station here sitting at around 2000masl. Neighbouring farms deliver cherries to this station, the area being known for rich fertile soil perfect for the heirloom varieties grown.
Naturally processed, the cherries for this lot are sorted and sundried on African raised beds.
