EL SALVADOR - BOURBON - 80HR FERMENTATION- XMAS!

We’ve had coffees from the Salaverria family in the past, but for Christmas we thought we’d get something from them that’s a bit different. A bit boozier. A bit more of a party, something to share with friends over the festive period. 

What we landed on was this anaerobic natural Bourbon. It’s got notes of the classic Christmas spices and stewed orange along with a warming berry like finish!
